David earned his BBA in Economics from Georgia Southern University in 1983. He has over 28 years experience in the financial services industry implementing investment solutions for clients. In April 2009, David purchased Martin Recruiting Partners where he brings the same creativity and leadership in providing management solutions for restaurant clientele and candidates. David’s goal is for Martin Recruiting Partners to become the preferred restaurant management recruiting firm in the United States.

Originally from Southern Illinois, George’s background starts in the grocery industry. He began managing grocery stores right out college. In 1988, George was recruited into the QSR restaurant management field with a Taco Bell franchise in North Carolina. Eventually, his career transitioned to Bojangle’s Famous Chicken and Biscuits where he served as a GM and moved forward as a Field Training Director. Time and experience then opened the door for him to join Roadhouse Grill, which brought his family to Atlanta.

Since then, George managed multi-unit food courts with MSE Branded Food Systems and FoodBrand LLC, overseeing mainstream concepts such as Sbarro's, Burger King, Starbucks, and Johnny Rockets. In 2003, and with over 20 years of restaurant management experience, Ray Martin invited George to join the team at Martin & Associates, now known as Martin Recruiting Partners. Joining Martin Recruiting Partners as a restaurant management recruiter has allowed George to pursue a true passion of helping people who are serious about the restaurant business move their career forward. Claire joined Martin Recruiting Partners in 2008.  She has over 15 years of restaurant management experience working for Buffalo’s Southwest Café and Applebee’s in the Metro Atlanta area.  She works with multiple clients in Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maine.  Claire’s knowledge and experience in the food service industry enables her to find the perfect match between clients and candidates.

Patrick has prior experience in the sales, marketing and recruiting industries.  After college, Patrick worked for a major medical equipment company located in Atlanta and made an immediate impact on their sales and profitability.  Those important business development experiences lead to an exciting opportunity in recruiting.  After five years of restaurant recruiting Patrick joined Restaurant Depot’s sales team.  In 2009 he decided his passion was in recruiting and joined Martin Recruiting Partners.  Patrick has brought the combination of his sales experience together with his recruiting expertise to help businesses build thriving, high-performance teams.  Patrick received a tennis scholarship to attend Valdosta State University but decided to go the University of Georgia where he graduated with a degree in business.  Patrick is married with two children and lives in Woodstock, GA.

Ray Martin Retired, Founder, Executive Consultant
Ray graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in Business Administration.  Before starting a restaurant recruiting career, he spent 30 years in operations and sales of Institutional Food Service for Colleges, Universities, Healthcare, Title Three, Vending, and Correctional facilities.  Ray owned and operated successful restaurants in the US Virgin Islands and in the Western United States.  His extensive background and knowledge in the food industry, along with his passion and enthusiasm continues to be a foundation for the successful team at Martin Recruiting Partners (formerly Martin & Associates PeopleSource).
