We were born from real-world industry experience, our team of recruiters has collectively served more than 100 years in operational roles, kitchens, hotel lobbies, and retail floors. Heath Campbell

Owner

Heath has been an executive recruiter with Martin Recruiting Partners since 2006 and became the sole proprietor and owner of the company in 2014. He graduated from Oklahoma State University, where he taught restaurant management classes for 2 years while also overseeing the food and beverage department at the university ran hotel on campus. Heath also has 5 years of restaurant management experience with Taco Mayo and Applebee’s. Recruiting has been a great fit for Heath. He enjoys being able to help people advance in their careers. Heath’s rapport with his clients ensures success for the candidates he works with. He has a unique ability to prepare candidates for the interview process as well as sell their strengths to his clients. Since becoming the owner of Martin Recruiting Partners Heath has expanded the outreach of MRP from restaurant/hospitality specific into recruiting in many new and diversified industry segments. He has done this by building a great team of experienced recruiters.

George Seed

Vice President of Operations & Business Development

Originally from Southern Illinois, George began his career in the grocery industry, managing stores right out of college. In 1988, he was recruited into QSR restaurant management with a Taco Bell franchise in North Carolina. His career later transitioned to Bojangles Famous Chicken and Biscuits, where he served as a GM and advanced to Field Training Director. Time and experience opened the door to Roadhouse Grill, bringing his family to Atlanta. Since then, George has managed multi-unit food courts with MSE Branded Food Systems and FoodBrand LLC, overseeing concepts such as Sbarro’s, Burger King, Starbucks, and Johnny Rockets. In 2003, with 25+ years of restaurant management experience, Ray Martin invited George to join Martin & Associates, now Martin Recruiting Partners. Becoming a restaurant management recruiter has allowed George to pursue his passion for helping serious restaurant professionals move their careers forward. Pam Mooneyham

Director of Recruiting

Pam spent most of her restaurant operations career in Georgia, and now lives in the Charleston, SC area – she loves the ocean lifestyle. Pam began her restaurant career as a server with Shoney’s and ended up staying there for 20+ years and growing through the ranks as a Dining Room Supervisor, Assistant Manager, General Manager, Area Training Supervisor, Area Supervisor and Training Director. From there, she followed some of her Shoney’s heroes to RTM Restaurant Group (largest franchise of Arby’s). She was there for another 20 years excelling at roles as an Area Supervisor, District Partner, Franchise Business Consultant, Training Consultant and finally a Director of Operations.


Being a road warrior at the last years of her career, she made a change in her lifestyle when a recruiting role became available with Heath and team at Martin Recruiting Partners which kept her at home while still achieving her career goals of positively impacting lots of people – both candidates and clients.

Katherine Snyder

Executive Recruiter Team Leader

Katherine started her recruiting career in Denver, Colorado with a privately owned staffing service specializing in accounting and administrative positions. After just 6 months she was asked to oversee this multi-unit recruiting company.  Ten years later, she continued her recruiting career as a Recruiter for a healthcare organization encompassing a 400-bed acute care hospital, a 200-bed long-term care facility, and a 150 unit mental health facility. She relocated to Atlanta in 2004 and started a new career with a technical recruiting firm as a Technical Recruiter specializing in the recruitment of technicians, engineers, assemblers and other positions within aerospace, food and chemical production and other manufacturing and packaging facilities. In 2009, she was offered and accepted a position as a Recruiter for a Client which specialized in manufacturing of a wide variety of aerosol chemicals distributed internationally. She came to Martin Recruiting Partners in 2015 and has an innate understanding of the role of a recruiter and has been a positive force within the organization.

John Murphy

Director of Recruiting

John started his restaurant career at a Steakhouse in Dallas in the 1980’s. After attending Baylor University, John moved to Florida and worked for a couple of full service seafood restaurants. He eventually went to work for Carrabba’s Italian Grill and moved to NC. John helped open a couple of locations in NC and GA, eventually opened his store, the first in the Charlotte market. He eventually moved back to Dallas with Carrabba’s as a Joint Venture Partner. In 2009, John got into fast casual with a group that became the largest Five Guys Franchisee. After opening 38 stores with Five Guys, John got into other fast casual concepts opening a total of about 110 restaurants between 2009 and 2020. His positions included being a Director of Operations, VP of Operations and a COO for a fast casual concept. His understanding of people and his ability to build teams make him an ideal fit for recruiting.

Paul Ridlon

Director of Recruiting

Paul was in the restaurant industry for 35 years, across the US (Austin, San Antonio, Cincinnati, KC, Hilton Head, Atlanta, PNW). He started as a bar-back and went on to work at every level from there to Director of Operations for a $100M/40-unit regional QSR chain. He was part of the early days of Fast Casual with Fuddruckers & later with BurgerFi, went on to being a Managing Partner for Longhorn Steakhouse & Romano’s Macaroni Grill to working in virtually every area for Burgerville in the PNW (Operations, New Restaurant Openings, Community Outreach & Site Selection), He has been an executive recruiter with Martin Recruiting Partners since 2022. He went to the University of Texas at Austin (Hook-Em) for several years before he was drawn into the opportunities that the industry offered. Recruiting has been very fulfilling for Paul, as he loves supporting people in moving their careers forward. Paul’s has opened over 15 restaurants in his career and has probably interviewed over 10,000 people in his career, which makes him very adapt to understand what makes a great fit for both the candidate and for the restaurant. That experience has also given him a strong ability to prepare candidates for the interview process as well as selling their strengths to his clients.
